Samaria Gorge
The trip is not in Czech, it is not even for example
An experience not to be missed! Hike the rugged terrain of the Samaria Gorge cutting through the limestone plateau. With its length of 18 km, it is the longest gorge in Europe.
You will surely be enchanted by the beautiful rugged landscape of Crete. At one point in the gorge, the walls are only 3m apart and are known as the "iron curtains". Jtheir walls rise steeply up to a height of 30 meters.
The hike is followed by the possibility of a last break in the late afternoon at a local traditional tavern for coffee or swimming in the village of Agia Roumeli at the end of the gorge.
After a break, we take a short cruise around the charming south coast to the pretty coastal village of Chora Sfakion, where our journey ends and we return to your hotels.
