A staircase at the apartments, rather not for the elderly or very small children, gives guests access to the private sandy/pebble bay of Giorgakis, one of the most beautiful beaches in eastern Crete with fine pebbles and rocks that form caves. In the middle of the beach is a low stone that separates the main beach from the other small beach to the west.  During the descent to the beach, in the spring and autumn months, you can admire a small stream and a very impressive waterfall 10 meters high, which has beautiful colored rocks.
