Laguna Balos and Gramvousa Island
An amazing day in paradise and great adventure for the whole family! This trip will take you to the western part of the island. West of Kissamos and north of the beautiful village of Kaliviar. We depart from the port of Kissamos, followed by a pleasant cruise. We will arrive at the island of Gramvousa, where the old torso of the ship Tersanas will catch your attention, as well as the geological phenomenon of the elevation of the land by 6 to 9 m above sea level. Here you will have the opportunity to either enjoy a beach with crystal clear water and a stunning view of the endless sea lagoon or climb to the top of a steep rock and see the Venetian fortress.
We will then take a second short boat trip to the fairytale Balos Lagoon, a shallow and warm lagoon and one of the most beautiful places in Crete. Here you can enjoy plenty of time swimming in the inviting crystal clear waters of western Crete and sunbathing on the white sandy beach.
Note: Lunch available only on board the ship and on the bus.
